when i was browsering through the selling things i noticed alot of people wrote bump. What does that mean? i dont get it

A "bump" is a way to post a reply to a thread to send it to the top of the forums. People do this elsewhere <namely auction> in hopes people will see it the second, third, or fourth time if they missed it the first.
Also, bumping is common if you share a same problem of and old thread and want your question answered. Aka, you post your question on the old thread, and it "bumps" it to the top of the forum. Use this method instead of posting a new thread, it'll save the mods some time on cleanup! =) --The Shim |
